About Breeze

Breeze is the dating app designed for dates: we've built the world's first service that organizes actual offline dates at scale. On conventional dating apps, it takes 38 hours to go on 1 date. At Breeze, we skip the online mating dance: once you have a match on Breeze, you fill in a date picker and go on a date at one of our partnered bars.

The product is working well: we've organized over 300,000 dates, and we have the highest app rating compared to other apps with 4.5/5 ⭐️. With >1.3M downloads, we are the fastest-growing dating app in the Netherlands and are active in Belgium, Germany, England, France and The United States. 

About the job

The right date location matters a lot to our daters. Right now we organise 800 dates per day and work together with 600 partner locations. We're looking for someone who can not only be the point of contact for these locations but also work on setting up a scalable structure for account management. As a critical link in our operations, you'll play a key role in ensuring the success of our partners, which in turn enhances the overall dating experience for our users. By becoming a trusted contact, you'll gain valuable insights into partner challenges and share these within Breeze to drive improvements. Concretely you would:

1️⃣ Manage partner inquiries and communicate our feedback towards them

2️⃣ Facilitate onboarding so they are equipped with the right information to get the most out of our partnership and offer the best service for our users

3️⃣ Automate repetitive questions and reminders through FAQs and email workflows to streamline communication and efficiency

About you

  • You can speak English, French, and Dutch: You should be able to manage accounts in The Netherlands, Belgium, France and The UK.

  • You're tech savvy: You identify opportunities to automate workflows/repetitive tasks and are comfortable with working with digital tools to implements them effectively

  • You're a great communicator: You can empathize with partners and know how to maintain (business) relations

  • You're a strategic thinker: You have a strong strategic mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities, and prioritize actions that drive significant impact.

  • You're well-organized: You maintain a clear and accurate overview of processes, ensuring all steps of partner onboarding, reservation system integration, and communication workflows are properly tracked and updated so our CRM remains a reliable source of truth.

  • You're available parttime/fulltime: You are available for at least 24 hrs per week.

💰 Competitive Salary: Between €2.700 and €4.000 for a full time position. Depending on your experience.

🔒 Security: After 1 or 2 half-year contracts, transition to a permanent contract for job stability and security.
