About Breeze

At Breeze, we are building towards a future where people spend less time on their phones and more time offline, face-to-face.

The Breeze app is the dating app for real dates. We've built the world's first service that organizes actual offline dates at scale. An integral part of Breeze is that users skip the online chat. Once you match on Breeze, you fill in a date picker and you meet your date in real life at one of our partnered bars.

So far we've organized over 700.000 dates in 6 countries and helped a LOT of people find love.

About the role

Functions as the right hand of the CEO and CFO: someone we trust to handle things independently, correctly, and without follow-up. Concretely, you would:

1. Run Breeze's finances (payments, revenue reconciliation, VAT declarations, financial reporting across entities). Help Breeze make wise financial decisions.

2. Handle all other back-office work reliably (legal, privacy, HR, office). Not only take care of it, but improve and automate our processes.

3. Support the CEO and CFO in strategic projects, through analyses, advice and implementation.

The range is wide and there's a lot of hands-on work that simply needs to get done well. Many tasks are critical and require a high level of responsibility. No week will look the same.

About you

• Financial literacy. You understand the basics of financial administration and are comfortable in spreadsheets.

• Intelligent and pragmatic. You can be dropped into unfamiliar territory and figure out a sensible path forward. You use AI regularly, preferably beyond prompting.

• Highly responsible and accountable. You take genuine ownership.

• Precise, high attention to detail.

• 0–3 years of experience; for this role, we prioritize a level of ambition, ownership and intelligence over past experience.

💰 Competitive Salary: €3800 - 4800/mo (includes 8% holiday allowance)
