Customer Success Employee / Working Student

About the job
You will fulfill an essential role in our team and be responsible for the dates itself. Right now we organize around 300 dates per day. Handling these dates effectively will be key to our success and we need an extra (parttime) hand here. Concretely, you would:
1️⃣ Take care of our Customer Support which means answering questions we get from users in our helpdesk.
2️⃣ Be a point of contact for our date locations when they have questions about the dates we place there.
3️⃣ Identify service improvements and communicate these to the team.
4️⃣ Be available in weekends or at night. Of course we maintain a flexible schedule which means you can plan your shifts each month and switch with other people.

If you work on weekends, evenings and public holidays, you will be paid 130%. Do you have a standby shift? Then you will be paid 65%
