About Breeze

Breeze is the dating app designed for dates: we've built the world's first service that organizes actual offline dates at scale. At Breeze, we skip the online mating dance: once you have a match on Breeze, you fill in a date picker and go on a date at one of our partnered bars - without chatting beforehand.

So far we've organized over 190.000 dates, have over >650k downloads, and are available in The Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and the UK - with many more markets to come soon.

About the role

Our main marketing channel is online ads. This means we need a constant stream of assets to be used in social advertising, streaming pre-rolls, banner ads and more. To keep up with this demand, we’re looking for a designer who will work closely with our performance marketeer and head of marketing to create good looking and well performing static and moving designs. 

Concretely, you would:

1. Create, manage and adjust a variety of digital designs for marketing purposes. Wether it’s a static combination of image and text, titles for a video, infographics or even short animations - you can create it all.  

2. Think of new, creative ways to communicate Breeze’s mission and vision to our users. We need your creative mind to translate our USPs into clear, great looking, effective visuals for performance marketing.
   

About you

• You’re an experienced designer. You can create good looking assets in both static formats as well as titles for moving images and at least basic motion design. You have a great eye for composition, color and aesthetic and can lift the overall quality of our assets up to a high standard. Adobe CS (or similar) has no secrets for you, and you know what specifications are needed for your deliverables by heart. 

• You have experience with setting up a clear and well functioning Content Management System where all assets, their variations and their performance are easily found and stored.

• You understand Breeze's brand and mission. You know what we want to convey with our brand and can translate this into great content.

• You’re overflowing with creative resourcefulness. You can come up with multiple strong ideas constantly. You’re a great brainstormer, and easily thinks out-of-the-box.

• You have great attention to detail. You do not let important details slip through the cracks or derail a project.

• You’re a good collaborator. You have solid experience working with a small but dedicated team, can take and give constructive feedback very well and knows how to work together to achieve great results.
