At Breeze, we’re on a mission to make people spend less time on their phones and more time face-to-face.

Breeze is the dating app for people who are done with endless chatting and ghosting. We’ve built the world’s first app that organizes real dates at scale. When you match on Breeze, you simply pick a time, and we set up the date for you at one of our partner bars.

Since launch, we’ve already organized over 800,000 real-life dates (and counting!) across The Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, France, the UK, and New York.

About the role

We're looking for someone who lives and breathes social media. You'll create a steady stream of scroll-stopping content for our social channels (organic and paid), shooting and editing it yourself, across our different Breeze accounts. You work from our content plan and weekly briefs, and you bring your own ideas to the table in our weekly content sessions. You're the kind of person who can spot a TikTok trend before it peaks and turn dating culture into a witty reel.

Concretely, you would:

Create content people actually love

• Make scroll-stopping content that gets people to engage, primarily short form video.

• Grow our social channels (Instagram and TikTok)

• Keep an eye on what performs and learn from that

• Stay aligned with our creative strategy and brand, champion use of our distinctive brand assets

Create a content bank

• Keep a steady posting rhythm across Breeze’s organic social channels

• Shoot in formats that repurpose easily for paid social

• Make the most of every shoot by thinking ahead to future uses

• Keep our content library clear, accessible, and ready for everyone on the team

Bring your ideas

• Bring fresh concepts and trend spots to our weekly content refinement

• Help us find new formats and angles that fit the brand and actually work

About you

• You're an experienced content creator with a strong track record of high-performing posts. You have an eye for visual language and storytelling, you know your way around editing tools, and you can independently shoot and edit your own content from start to finish. (Being comfortable in front of the camera is a plus, but not a must.)

• You're reliable and take ownership, you deliver what you commit to, on time, without needing to be chased.

• You're highly organized and a strong self-manager. You can plan shoots and edits in a way that delivers value for multiple stakeholders.

• You live and breathe social: always tuned into trends, culture, and what people are talking about online. You can quickly notice trends and opportunities and see how Breeze can play into them in a natural and brand-native way.

• You’re creatively resourceful, full of ideas, and love brainstorming new concepts that stand out. You’re not afraid to experiment with new tech or AI tools to enhance creativity and output.

• You’re a team player who works well with marketers, product folks, and creators alike, communicating clearly and always following through.

• You have an affinity for data: you know the key metrics, keep an eye on how your content performs, and use those insights to make your next piece even better.

• Fluent English speaker (native level). Dutch language skills are preferred but not required.
