Breeze is the dating app designed for dates: we've built the world's first service that organizes actual offline dates at scale. At Breeze, we skip the online mating dance: once you have a match on Breeze, you fill in a date picker and go on a date at one of our partnered bars - without chatting beforehand.

So far we've organized over 200.000 dates, have over >650k downloads, and are available in The Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and the UK - with many more markets to come soon.

About the role

The right date location matters a lot to our daters. Right now we organise dates at more than 500 locations spread over multiple cities in Europe. We need to be able to quickly grow that number as we prepare to launch into more cities in Europe and the US. This is why we're looking for someone that can implement growth hacking strategies that automate and optimize our sales funnel and account management processes, enabling rapid market expansion with minimal human intervention. Next to that it's important to also manage our sales and account management team so they can excel in a fast paced tech-driven environment.

Concretely, you would:

  • Automate and optimize the outbound funnel: Develop and implement growth hacking strategies to fully automate the outbound sales funnel and refine the value proposition by running continuous experiments.

  • Test and improve inbound funnel: Design and execute experiments to increase inbound partner acquisition through automated channels (e.g., targeted ads, strategic partnerships, content marketing) while minimizing human intervention during onboarding.

  • Scale Partner management to 2,000+ partners globally: Implement systems and tools to manage a global network of 2,000+ partners across multiple time zones.

  • Successfully manage a flexible partner team: Identify and hire the right sales freelancers to manage hard-to-automate aspects. Foster the right culture where people are committed to reach the targets and go the extra mile to help their markets excel.

About you

  • Growth hacking expertise: You have a deep understanding of growth hacking methodologies, including A/B testing, funnel optimization, and viral marketing tactics. Ability to apply these to rapidly automate and improve the partner sales and account management.

  • Data-driven decision-making: You're able to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions. Comfortable using metrics to measure success and iterate on strategies.

  • Strategic thinker: You have a strong strategic mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities, and prioritize actions that drive significant impact.

  • Project management: You're skilled in managing complex, cross-functional projects that require coordination between sales, tech, and product teams. Ability to deliver projects on time and within scope.

  • Can speak English and French preferably Dutch: We expect to hire an Account Manager next to you. Together you should be able to manage accounts in The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France and The UK.

  • Proactive: You're a proactive owner who anticipates market trends, seeks out new growth opportunities, and continuously drives improvements in sales processes.

💰 Competitive Salary: Between €4.000 and €5.500. Depending on your experience.
